The agreement between you and MSCL when you use the app or the website.
MSCL App generates training plans, meal plans, hydration goals and health summaries from the information you enter and, optionally, from Apple Health. By creating a profile you accept these terms and our privacy policy.
MSCL is a fitness and nutrition tool for healthy adults. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Photo-based nutrition values and watch-derived scores are estimates. If you are pregnant, injured, under medical treatment or have any condition affecting exercise or diet, consult a professional before using the app. You train and eat at your own risk.
You must be at least 18 years old.
New users get seven days of the full app free, with no payment method required. After the free week, continued use requires a subscription: €4.99 per month or €29.99 per year (local prices may differ in the App Store). Both plans include the entire app; there are no additional tiers. Subscriptions are billed and renewed through your Apple ID, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your App Store subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Meal photo scanning is limited to 15 scans per user per day. We may adjust this limit to keep the service sustainable and will say so in the app.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the profile data you enter. Photos you scan must be of your own meals and must not contain other people. You may not use the service to build a competing dataset, to reverse-engineer the app, or in any unlawful way.
The MSCL name, logo, app, website, exercise content and generated plans are owned by Trending Primex Digital - FZCO or its licensors. Plans generated for you are for your personal use.
We aim to keep the app and the scanning service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features that rely on servers (photo scanning, barcode lookup) may be unavailable during maintenance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MSCL is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury or health outcomes arising from training or dietary choices made with the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights in the EU.
You can stop using the app and delete it at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
